WHAT IS NGO DARPAN?
NGO-DARPAN provides interface for healthy partnership between Non-Government organizations (NGOs) in the country and and the Government of India.
NGO-DARPAN is an initiative started by NITI Aayog; NGO-DARPAN registration provides a Unique Identity Number (UIN).
NGO-DARPAN helps NGO’s keep themselves updated regarding new government schemes and grants.
Non-Governmental Organisation that is registered as a trust, society, or Section 8 Company is eligible to apply for the NGO DARPAN registration.
NGO DARPAN Registration is mandatory for FCRA Registration and is also required for 12A & 80G Registration.

Helps NGOs and other volunteer organisations to interact and engage with Government departments.
Obtain a unique ID that helps improve the credibility and goodwill of the NGO.
Department and Ministry websites will coordinate with the NGO DARPAN to share vital information.
