APEDA RCMC REGISTRATION
Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) is a government organisation established for the development and promotion of export of scheduled products.
It provides financial assistance, information, guidelines towards the development of scheduled products.
The products specified under the APEDA ACT are called schedule products and exporters of such scheduled products are required register under APEDA.
“Register as a Member” of APEDA
A Manufacturer or Merchant Exporter of scheduled products as specified in APEDA Regulation Shall apply for Registration as a Member of APEDA & obtain RCMC.
APEDA RCMC Certificate
APEDA RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate) is issued after verification of application and documents. The certificate authenticates that an Manufacturer or Merchant Exporter of scheduled products is registered with APEDA.
A Manufacturer of scheduled products shall get registration for the period upto which FSSAI License is valid, after renewal of FSSAI License; APEDA RCMC has to be renewed.
A Merchant Exporter of scheduled products shall get APEDA RCMC for the period of 5 years.
The Registered Members of APEDA shall file monthly Export Return with details of Scheduled Products Exported.
