We were started in February 2016 as a proprietor with the mission of making it easier for Entrepreneurs to start their business. We have since helped start and operate many businesses by offering a range of business services right from incorporation, licensing, registration, Certification and managing the compliances. 

 

We aim to help the entrepreneurs with legal as well as regulatory requirement and be a business companion throughout the business lifecycle. 

 

We are committed to helping start up’s and small business owners in solving legal compliance related to starting and running their business.

 

We offer support and guidance at every stage to ensure that the business is compliant with the regulations and is continually growing.

 

Headed by Hasnain Kalwani, a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a bachelor degree in commerce. He has qualified Company Secretarial Profession in 2014 and the worked with BAJAJ FINSERV LTD in 2014-15 & 2015-16. In February 2016, he started Kalwani Professionals, a Corporate Secretarial & Business Advisory Firm.
